Esteban had two appointments in the past few days. He had his regular pediatrician appointment, which went good. His sight is great, weights 15.1 lbs, measures 27inches, and Dr. says he is growing steadily and good. He is a bit behind developmentally, such as not being able to sit on his own from a laying down position, s/b more verbal, etc. We are greatful though...so far we're Good.
He also had his Urologist appointment today and that also went great. He will not have to be recircumsized..yeee :), Dr. just did a little procedure, which hurt him a bit :(
Esteban was seen on March 9th by his Cardiologist. The results were pretty positive, the artery did grow a bit and still a bit dialated, but she is not concerned at this time. He must continue to be monitored to make sure it does not grow out of proportion,but so far is not serious. He will be seen again in 6 months. The only thing we are kinda concerned about is his weight. He only weights 15lbs 12oz, which is less than 3rd percentile. Doc says to try to feed him lots of fatning food to see if he'll fatten up, but IDK about that. It doesn't seem healthy. We'll see what he Pediatrician says.
